Q: Do you support OEM & ODM project cooperation?
We fully support OEM and ODM services. Our professional engineering team can customize design, structure and production solutions strictly according to your drawings and technical requirements.
Q: What is your sample and mass production lead time?
Sample lead time is about 7–15 working days; mass production takes 20–35 working days. The exact time depends on product structure complexity, material and order quantity.
Q: Can you offer certification documents and accept factory audit?
Yes. We can provide complete quality system certificates, industry qualification documents and production records. On-site or online factory audit is fully acceptable for global clients.
Q: What are your payment terms, shipping and after-sales policy?
We accept T/T, L/C and mainstream international payments. Sea freight, air freight and express are all available. We adopt full-process quality control and provide long-term technical support and after-sales service for overseas partners.
