1. Manufaturing Craft

Pre-terminated multi-core copper wire harness with crimped metal terminals is fixed in injection mold, waterproof thermoplastic elastomer or rigid nylon material is injected to coat terminal-junction section of wire harness, forming integral sealed overmolded housing.
2. Raw Material Configuration
Conductor material: tinned copper stranded wire conforming to AWG standard; terminal: brass with nickel plating; overmolding raw material: TPE, TPU or reinforced PA according to required IP waterproof rating.
3. Sealing & Waterproof Performance
Overmold material closely fits wire outer sheath and metal terminal outer wall without gap or shrinkage cavity on bonding interface. Finished harness achieves IP65~IP67 waterproof grade under standard test condition; sealed overmold section blocks liquid infiltration from terminal connection gap. No water permeation occurs after specified duration water immersion test.
4. Structural Feature
One-piece overmolded body replaces manual glue filling and secondary plastic casing assembly. The molded outer contour follows customer specified outline for plug-in matching with counterpart connectors; wire outgoing end keeps natural bending tolerance without plastic cracking under normal wiring bending.
5. Application Scope
Used for internal wiring connection of outdoor small equipment, automotive sensor wiring, outdoor LED module wiring and low-power outdoor control unit wiring harness assembly.
