Plastic Overmolded Motor Parts

This component is manufactured via insert overmolding process. Pre-fabricated motor core metal inserts are positioned inside customized injection mold cavity, then thermoplastic resin is injected to fully encapsulate partial or whole insert structure. Raw insert materials include cold rolled steel, silicon steel sheet and copper terminal as per dimensional drawings; overmolding thermoplastics adopt PA66, PBT, PP or ABS based on operating ambient requirements.

Waterproof Overmold Wire Harness

Adopt insert overmolding waterproof forming process. Pre-terminated multi-core copper wire harness with crimped metal terminals is fixed in injection mold, waterproof thermoplastic elastomer or rigid nylon material is injected to coat terminal-junction section of wire harness, forming integral sealed overmolded housing.

Metal Insert Overmolded Connectors

Metal conductive pin inserts are pre-processed by stamping and surface electroplating, fixed via mold locating pins during overmolding injection. Engineering plastic fills mold space to wrap partial or full metal pin base, forming integrated connector terminal and plastic insulating base via single overmold forming.
