Precision metal stamping has always been a core manufacturing process for industrial auxiliary hardware parts. With cold forming technology, metal sheets are processed into customized spacers, embedded inserts, positioning fittings and assembly accessories widely used in ventilation equipment, industrial lighting and electromechanical assembly fields.
Different from standard mass-produced hardware, our factory focuses on non-standard miniature stamping components with strict dimensional tolerance and stable surface treatment. We adopt stainless steel, galvanized steel and brass materials to produce thin-gauge formed parts, semi-finished mounting inserts and locating hardware for internal equipment assembly.
The whole production procedure includes blanking, bending, punching and surface finishing. Each batch undergoes hardness testing, dimension inspection and surface defect screening to ensure fitment stability in high and low temperature working environments.
Our stamping workshop supports small-batch trial production and large-scale customized orders. By optimizing progressive die structure and production flow, we effectively reduce assembly deviation and improve the compatibility of embedded accessories.
With stable workmanship and flexible customization capability, our precision stamped auxiliary components continue to serve industrial equipment assembly scenarios and provide reliable hardware supporting solutions for global clients.
