Automotive & Industrial Wring

Onlink is a custom automotive wiring harness manufacturer providing complete wiring assemblies for automotive electrical systems, industrial control equipment and customized electromechanical products.

We manufacture wire harnesses according to customer wiring diagrams, connector interfaces, wire specifications and installation layouts. From wire cutting and terminal crimping to connector assembly, protective sleeving, shielding, overmolding and electrical testing, each harness can be configured around the requirements of the finished equipment.

With 56 automated wire harness production lines and integrated capabilities in connectors, precision metal components, injection molding and finished assembly, Onlink supports both customized harness development and repeat OEM production.

Wire, Terminal and Connector Integration

The reliability of a wiring harness depends on how well the wire, terminal and connector work together.

Onlink's integrated manufacturing capabilities allow these components to be considered as one electrical assembly.

Wire Selection

Wire gauge, conductor structure and insulation should match the current load, voltage, operating temperature and installation environment.

Custom assemblies can use multi-specification copper conductors with insulation selected according to the project requirement.

Terminal Crimping

Terminals must match both the conductor size and connector interface.

Wire stripping and terminal crimping are controlled according to the approved harness specification to maintain consistent electrical contact throughout repeat production.

Connector Integration

Custom harnesses can incorporate specified automotive or industrial connectors according to the required pin assignment and mating interface.

Where a project also requires customized connector components, Onlink's Industrial & EV Connectors capability can be integrated with the wiring harness project.

Automotive Wiring Harness Applications

Custom automotive wiring harnesses can be developed for electrical connections throughout a vehicle platform.

Typical applications include:

Vehicle Control Systems

Harness assemblies connecting controllers, sensors, switches and actuators.

Motors and Auxiliary Equipment

Wiring for pumps, fans, small motors, electric actuators and other auxiliary electrical components.

Lighting and Accessory Circuits

Custom harnesses for lighting, switches and additional vehicle electrical equipment.

Thermal Management Systems

Electrical connections for cooling fans, pumps and other thermal-management components.

EV Auxiliary Electrical Systems

Custom harnesses for low-voltage control, sensors and auxiliary electrical equipment within electric vehicle platforms.

Equipment and Module Interconnections

Harness assemblies connecting multiple electrical modules inside vehicle subassemblies.

Each project can be developed around the actual connector interfaces, branch locations and installation space of the vehicle.

Integrated Supply for Wiring, Connectors and Molded Components

One of the main advantages of working with Onlink is the ability to combine related electrical components within the same manufacturing group.

A wiring harness project may require:

Wires
+
Stamped terminals
+
Connectors
+
Plastic housings
+
Overmolded sections
+
Finished harness assembly

Onlink integrates wire harness assembly with Industrial & EV Connectors, High Precision Metal Stamping and Insert Overmolding Services.
