2.Material Composition
T2 red copper base material; surface available with full nickel plating or partial tin plating.
3.Production Process
Raw material cutting → CNC blanking → bending forming → hole punching → surface electroplating → dimensional full inspection.
4.Technical Property
Finished parts keep stable conductive performance under long-term continuous current. Structural flatness and mounting hole tolerance comply with battery pack assembly requirements, no deformation after bolt locking.
