2.Material Specification
Main plate body: 6061 aluminum alloy or 3003 aluminum alloy; fluid joint connector adopts copper or stainless steel. Internal flow channel formed by vacuum brazing processing, no internal leakage risk after finished product air tightness testing. Surface optional electrophoretic coating or natural metal finish.
3.Dimension & Structure
Whole plate thickness custom range 6mm–30mm; internal flow channel structure includes micro-channel, serpentine channel and straight channel selected as per cooling power demand; liquid inlet and outlet caliber, installation thread specification customizable. Single piece or split combined cold plate available per cabinet structure.
4.Processing Feature
CNC grooving for inner flow channel, vacuum high-temperature brazing sealing; finished product undergo compressed air airtight leak test under specified pressure; precision drilling and tapping for mounting holes and pipe connector holes.
