1.Product Overview
This industrial aluminum extruded heat sink is manufactured via aluminum extrusion forming process as custom specification per client drawing. The overall structure integrates base plate and integral radiating fins in one-piece molding without secondary assembling for fin and substrate. The product is customized on dimensional size, fin density, fin height and base thickness to match different equipment heat dissipation demands.

2.Material Specification
Base raw material adopts standard 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. Raw aluminum bar complies with international industrial aluminum material chemical composition and mechanical property standards. Surface default state is mill finish, optional post-treatment includes anodizing, black anodization per custom requirement.

3.Dimension & Structure
All dimensional parameters are custom configurable: base thickness ranges from 3mm to 25mm; extruded fin height adjustable between 8mm–120mm; fin thickness 0.8mm–3.5mm; fin spacing customized based on thermal design calculation. Rectangular mainstream outline, special irregular outline available against engineering drawings.

4.Processing Feature
Full extrusion molding under fixed mold opening according to custom blueprint; cutting, deburring performed after extrusion; precision CNC tapping or milling reserved for mounting hole position as required. Flatness tolerance of base surface controlled within industrial mechanical processing standard range.

5.Application Range

Applied for industrial frequency converter, power supply module, industrial control driver, inverter equipment, medium and small power electrical component passive heat dissipation.
