Fin stacking quantity, fin thickness and overall height are produced following server CPU thermal design drawing, used for active cooling matching with cooling fan assembly.
2.Material Specification
Cooling fin material: 1050 pure aluminum sheet; base optional OFC copper or 6061 aluminum alloy. Contact surface between base and CPU can add thermal interface material groove position by custom design; surface treatment optional nickel plating for copper base, natural aluminum finish or black anodizing for aluminum fin.
3.Dimension & Structure
Fin single thickness 0.15mm–0.5mm, stacking total height customizable from 12mm to 65mm; base outline size consistent with mainstream server CPU installation dimension, non-standard special size customized. Fins fixed by mechanical crimping process to avoid loose falling during long-term server operation.
4.Processing Feature
Aluminum sheet stamping forming for single fin, automatic stack assembling; CNC machining for base mounting hole and CPU contact plane; flatness grinding treatment on base bonding surface to reduce assembly gap.
