Product Introduction
1. Product Introduction
Custom stamped terminal springs are shaped via progressive metal stamping processing. Product outline, bending angle, elastic arm structure follow customer’s 2D/3D drawings or sample standards. Parts serve as elastic connecting components inside electronic modules for stable clamping and electrical connection.
2. Available Raw Materials
Phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel SUS301/SUS304, brass H62; material thickness ranges 0.1mm–1.5mm.
3. Manufacturing Process
Raw material slitting → progressive die stamping → precision bending → deburring → surface post-treatment → full dimensional inspection. Available surface options: nickel plating, tin plating, gold plating.
4. Dimensional & Physical Control
Flatness tolerance ≤0.03mm; elastic fatigue tested to meet specified plug-pull cycle requirement; surface no crack, indentation after forming.
5. Application Field
Consumer electronics internal connection, power supply connectors, automotive small wiring terminals, instrument internal elastic components.
