Conductive parts: copper alloy, brass; insulating housing: PA66, PBT flame retardant plastic.

Metal conductive terminals are formed by precision stamping and bending. Plastic shell is injection molded with integrated forming structure. The product adopts crimping or screw fixing structure to ensure stable wiring assembly. Surface treatment includes tin plating and nickel plating for metal parts.
