2. Raw Material Options
Copper alloy, silver-plated copper, tin-bronze; base material thickness 0.2~2.0mm.
3. Production Flow
Coil feeding → high-speed stamping → contact area polishing → electroplating → size sorting test. Main coating: pure silver plating, hard silver plating, partial gold plating.
4. Performance Standard
Contact surface roughness controlled; low contact resistance after plating; structural strength avoids deformation under rated assembly pressure.
