2. Raw Material
Shield: cold rolled steel sheet, SPTE tinplate, stainless steel; auto bracket: SPCC, SPHC, high-strength cold rolled steel; thickness 0.3mm–4.0mm.
3. Processing Technology
Blanking → bending → tapping/riveting forming → surface treatment (zinc plating, black oxide, powder coating) → dimensional check.
4. Technical Index
Shield piece stamping gap tolerance ±0.05mm; automotive bracket hole position tolerance ±0.1mm, load bearing meets vehicle assembly mechanical requirement.
5. Application
