As an electric motor core parts manufacturer, Onlink produces custom stator cores, rotor cores, motor laminations and semi-finished BLDC stator rotor assemblies according to customer drawings and motor design requirements.
Our manufacturing scope covers precision die development, electrical steel stamping, lamination stacking and core assembly. For BLDC projects, further processing can include insulation installation, coil winding, permanent magnet insertion, dynamic balance calibration and dimensional inspection.
Onlink combines precision mold development, high-speed stamping, motor core fabrication and downstream assembly within one manufacturing workflow. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems support customized and mass-production precision component programs.
Send your motor core drawing and application requirements to discuss material, tooling, lamination structure, tolerance and assembly options for your next project.

Electrical Steel and Motor Lamination Manufacturing
Motor core performance begins with the electrical steel and the accuracy of each stamped lamination.
Available core materials include cold-rolled non-oriented electrical silicon steels such as 50W470, 50W600 and 35WW300, with other material requirements reviewed according to the motor design.
The standard core manufacturing route can include:
- Precision progressive die development
- High-speed electrical steel stamping
- Burr removal
- Insulation treatment
- Fixed-height lamination stacking
- Riveting or welding
- Final dimensional inspection
For custom projects, the electrical steel grade, stator and rotor geometry, slot design and stack dimensions should be specified according to the motor's electromagnetic and mechanical design rather than selected as standard off-the-shelf dimensions.
Dimensions We Control in Custom Stator and Rotor Cores
For motor manufacturers, dimensional consistency affects winding, rotor/stator fit, air-gap control and downstream assembly. Key dimensions can therefore be defined directly from your 2D or 3D motor drawings.
Current precision capabilities for the custom stator and rotor core range include:
| Core Feature |
Published Dimensional Control |
| Inner Diameter |
±0.02 mm |
| Outer Diameter |
±0.03 mm |
| Slot Dimensions |
±0.015 mm |
| Stack Height |
±0.1 mm |
Additional product dimensions and inspection requirements can be reviewed during DFM according to the actual core structure and production process.
