Custom motor stator and rotor core are core stamping components for industrial motors, processed by precision lamination stacking according to customer’s design drawings and dimensional specifications. Raw material adopts silicon steel sheet as standard substrate, customized inner/outer diameter, slot shape, stacking height based on motor rated parameter requirements.
2. Raw Material
Cold rolled non-oriented electrical silicon steel, grades: 50W470, 50W600, 35WW300; optional oriented silicon steel per special demand.
3. Processing Technology
High-speed progressive die stamping → burr removal → insulation coating → fixed-height stacking → riveting/welding fastening; dimensional tolerance controlled per IATF16949 processing standard.
4. Core Dimension Control
Inner diameter tolerance ±0.02mm, outer diameter tolerance ±0.03mm, stacking height tolerance ±0.1mm; slot dimensional tolerance ±0.015mm.
5. Application Scope
Industrial asynchronous motor, servo motor, stepping motor, household driving motor, new energy small drive motor.
