Brushless DC motor stator rotor assembly is semi-finished integrated assembly combining wound stator core and permanent magnet embedded rotor core. Complete core stamping, insulation treatment, coil winding, magnet insertion and assembly in one set per BLDC motor design requirement.
2. Component Composition
1. Stator part: silicon steel laminated stator core + enameled copper wire winding + slot insulation paper;
2. Rotor part: silicon steel rotor core + sintered ferrite/neodymium permanent magnet + rotor positioning fixture.
3. Raw Material Matching
Core: non-oriented silicon steel; winding wire: polyurethane enameled copper wire; permanent magnet: NdFeB magnet or ferrite magnet on selection.
4. Production Process
Core stamping → insulation installation → automatic coil winding → rotor magnet bonding & inserting → dynamic balance calibration → finished assembly dimension test.
